                     FangdaNewMaterial(Jiangxi)Co.,Ltd.awholly-ownedsubsidiaryoftheCompany,       

                 recentlysecuredthealuminumsheetsupplyingcontractfortherelocationoftheJiangxiprovincial

                 governmentandPartyoffices.

                     IIImpactsoftheprojectsontheCompany

                     1.Thecontractamountoftheabove-mentionedprojectstotalsRMB265,274,188.60and    

                 accountsfor18.98%oftheCompany'srevenuein2012.Theprojecttermrangesbetween6and     

                 18months.TheseprojectswilllargelypropeltheCompany'srevenuegrowthin2013and        

                 followingyears.However,givenfactorsincludingprepayment,engineering,acceptanceand 

                 settlement,theimpactsdependsonbothparties'performanceofthecontracts.Therefore,impacts

                 ontheCompany'sbusinessin2013andfollowingyearsaresubjecttoactualimplementationof  

                 theprojects.

                     2.TheCompanyanditscounterpartsintheabove-mentionedprojectsarenotrelatedparties.

                     3.TheseprojectswillnotaffecttheCompany'sbusinessindependence.TheCompanywill  

                 notdependonitscounterpartsintheabove-mentionedprojects.
